Why

How many more hearts have to break, and how many more young people have to lay down and die for this COUNTRY,

Cindy Dinsmore (passer by) June 16, 2008

WHY?

I hear we have lost two more brave heroes yesterday in Afghanistan fighting a so called war that can never be won as in Iraq because as soon as our boys move out the rebels move back in, that to me means our lads will always be there fighting somebody elses war and if they are there fighting and losing their lives for the reasons this Government give why are we not doing something about the murdering piece of **** in Zimbabwe, I'll tell you the reason the UK & US have nothing to gain from it. R.I.P guys you died doing your duty without question thats makes you all HEROES in my book, My sincere condolences to all your families who must be asking 'WHY'.

married to a soldier

may the young men and women that have given their lives rest in peace. I'm an army wife and know what it's like for someone you love to be away on tour and you worrying everytime there's something on the news or wondering if you'll get that knock on the door. It's a tragic loss that so many young men and women have sacrificied their lives for their country. My thoughts are always with the families as one day it may be my family that is tragically torn apart. love to you all and may you find the strength within xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Almighty God on High, omnipotent King, look down from Your Sanctified Abode, and bless the valiant soldiers of the British Forces who risk their lives to protect the welfare of all Your creation.

Benevolent God, be their shelter and fortress, and to not allow them to falter. May harmony dwell in their ranks, victory in their battalion. Fill their hearts with faith and courage to thwart the evil schemes of our enemies and to abolish every rule of evil.

Protect them on land, in the air and in the sea, and destroy their adversaries. Guide them in peace, lead them toward peace, and return them speedily to their families alive and unharmed.

Grant us true peace in fulfillment of the prophecy: 'Nation shall not lift up sword against another nation, nor shall they learn war any more.'

Let all the inhabitants of the world know that Dominion is Yours, and Your name inspires awe upon all that You have created. May this be Your will, and let us say, Amen.

“Greater love has no one than this, that someone lays down his life for his friends.' John 15 vs13

Forever at peace in Gods loving arms
